BILAT USA 2.0 session at Ocean Sciences Meeting 2014

The BILAT USA 2.0 session during OSM 2014 will highlight priorities and funding opportunities in the areas of marine and arctic research within HORIZON 2020, while facilitating connections and partnerships among international researchers, universities, industry and SMEs. Examples of future and ongoing transatlantic and national programs will be discussed. BLUE GROWTH OPEN CALLS in Horizon 2020, and the eligibility for U.S entities to receive EU funding, will be a key component of this session. Additionally, rules for participation by U.S. and international researchers will be clarified in line with the EU's commitment to reduce red tape and simplify reporting.
